I believe niche Software and Artificial Intelligence technologies are ready for widespread adoption, with small businesses being ideally positioned to realise its potential in service to their customers and employees, and ultimately their profits.

I’m a former research scientist with a PhD in Machine Learning - the field everyone now calls "AI." I understand the maths, the models, the risks and the real opportunities, as well as the hard limitations of this technology.
